Thank you for shopping with IPP Flora Go, the official ecommerce platform of Integrated Paper Products (IPP). This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of your orders placed through our app.
1. Delivery Coverage
Currently, we deliver across Qatar, including:
- Doha
- Al Wakrah
- Al Rayyan
- Al Khor
- Dukhan
- Mesaieed
- Industrial Area
- And other major cities and towns
If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact our customer support team.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.
- Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery may be available in select areas for orders placed before 12pm, subject to product availability and order volume.
- Delivery times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery for orders above QAR 500.
- For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of QAR 20 will apply.
- Any changes to delivery charges will be communicated at checkout before payment.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday.
- Orders placed outside of business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:
- Unavailability of the customer
- Inaccurate delivery details
- Restricted access to the delivery location
Our team will contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed attempts.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a notification or tracking update via email, SMS, or in-app notification (if enabled).
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and check the order upon arrival.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend checking your order upon delivery. If there are any damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please report the issue to our support team within 48 hours with supporting photos and your order number.
