Welcome to IPP Flora Go (“App”), operated by Integrated Paper Products (“IPP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and its services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.

2. Account Registration

To make purchases or access certain features, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to keep your account details up to date.

3. Product Orders

• All orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance and availability.
• IPP Flora Go reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, or suspected fraud.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payments

• Payments can be made through the available payment methods in the App.
• By providing payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and may include applicable taxes and delivery charges.

5. Deliveries

• Deliveries will be made to the address provided during checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
• IPP is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or third-party logistics providers.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Products can be returned or replaced only in accordance with our Returns Policy.
• Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 2 days of delivery.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content within the App—including logos, product images, descriptions, and design—is the intellectual property of Integrated Paper Products and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Interfere with the App’s functionality or security
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to delivery delays, loss of data, or third-party service failures.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or IPP.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
